ChalkBerry is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, and paid access is delivered through your workspace.

Within minutes of successful payment confirmation

1. No physical shipping

ChalkBerry does not ship physical products. Subscription plans, top-up credits, question-paper access, and exported reports are delivered digitally through the website and associated family workspace.

2. Subscription delivery and renewal access

When a subscription payment is successfully completed through Razorpay, ChalkBerry activates or updates the family workspace with the purchased plan, applicable entitlements, and cycle-based credits.

In most cases, this appears within minutes. Some payments may show as completed in the bank, card, or UPI app before the final webhook confirmation reaches ChalkBerry. Billing status, invoices, and wallet balances are considered final once that confirmation is processed.

3. Top-up credit delivery

Top-up packs are one-time digital purchases available to active paid subscriptions. Once payment is confirmed, purchased credits are added to the family wallet and become available for use inside the workspace.

ChalkBerry does not support partial top-up delivery. If a payment is not confirmed, the credits are not granted.

4. Delivery delays or failed activation

If payment was successful but your plan, credits, or invoice do not appear within 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with the billing email address, approximate payment time, and any Razorpay payment reference.

If a payment fails or expires, no digital access change is delivered until a fresh successful payment is completed.
